This is our simplest way to book focused, hands-on garden care with our team. No re-explaining your space. No starting from scratch. Just choosing a date (or dates) and getting the work done.

What is a Loyalty Workday?

A Loyalty Workday is a one- or two-person visit with our garden team,

designed for established gardens that don’t need

a full planning consult to move forward.

These workdays are ideal for:

Seasonal cutbacks and cleanups

Perennial editing and plant care

Mulching, soil work, and light planting

Ongoing stewardship and garden tuning

Tackling a focused to-do list in a familiar space

Because we already know your garden, we can jump right in.

Sometimes all a garden needs is a little extra help. Maybe you’re wrapping up a project, tackling a quick Spring clean-up, or just need a knowledgeable gardener on site for a few hours to knock out a lingering to-do list. If that sounds right, this 1-Person Workday is for you!

In this service, one experienced team member will work in your garden for 4–5 hours, helping you take care of smaller, straightforward garden tasks. This option is ideal for simpler projects or when you just need an extra set of capable hands to bring things to completion.

This service is ideal when routine garden care—like weeding and general tidying—needs to happen alongside more time-intensive tasks, such as pruning shrubs or edging garden beds.

If your garden to-do list feels like a full day’s work for you as a homeowner, bringing in a 2-person team helps ensure meaningful progress within a single visit!

We'll help you tackle those pesky garden tasks that you just can’t get to. Relax while we weed, prune (shrubs up to 10 ft), plant, divide perennials, or tackle that labor-heavy project.

Spring cleaning and planting

Maintenance plus a project

A visit where Multitasking is ideal

You can expect two helpful, skilled team members on site

for 4-5 hours, focused on agreed-upon tasks

Want To Plan Your Whole Season at Once?

You Can Book Multiple Workdays!

Many of our long-time clients love this flexible approach.

You’re welcome to book multiple workdays at once and space them throughout the growing season—so your garden care stays proactive, your preferred dates are secured early, and you don’t have to remember to rebook later.

You can also mix and match 1-Person and 2-Person Workdays! For example, book a 1-Person Workday to kick off Spring, followed by a 2-Person Workday to launch Summer with annual plantings or that veggie garden you’ve been dreaming of.

That’s the beauty of Loyalty Booking—you stay in control while we take care of the work.

It’s a great fit if you love that deep sigh of relief that comes with knowing, “Okay—my garden is covered.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I need Supplies or Materials for this Workday?

Booking your Workday(s) helps secure your time on our calendar and ensures we'll have our crew available. If you feel like additional materials will be needed, whether that is Annuals, potting soil, mulch, snail killer, etc. - then you are going to add a 30-Min Consult to your booking.

During your Workday Consult, we'll talk over the supplies you'll need and we'll send a Quote for your approval prior to your Workday. That way both your garden and our crew are set up for a successful Workday!

How does Loyalty billing work?

Great question!

A
50% deposit is collected for all Workdays at the time of booking. This reserves your spot on our calendar.

Consultations are paid in full at the time of booking, the same way they've always been.

If any supplies or materials are discussed during your Consult, we’ll send a quote afterward. If approved, those items will be billed after your Workday, along with the remaining 50% balance of your Workday.

That way, you’re only paying for what’s actually used in your garden!

Can I request my favorite Gardener?

We’ll certainly try! After you book your Workday(s), send us an email with your request and we’ll do our best to accommodate it. Team member availability depends on the Workday dates you select and what aligns best with everyone’s schedules.

Can I book multiple Workdays?

Absolutely! The great part about Loyalty booking is that you can get ahead. You can plan around your vacations or big events - You've got a party that you're throwing? Add the Workday now and know you're set for the year!

I have a big project that might take multiple visits...How should I book?

Email us at [email protected] and let us know what you're thinking! We'll be able to guide you to the booking that will work best. You may need to book a Consult separately from these Workdays or we might be able to say, "Two 1-person Workdays should do that job!". But email us and we'll go from there :)

Pricing and Payment:

To keep scheduling clear and fair for everyone:

A 50% deposit is collected at the time of booking for all Workdays.

Consults are paid in full at the time of booking.

If you book multiple dates, each Workday follows the same payment structure.

If any additional expenses are incurred (such as added Workdays, plants, or supplies), those charges will be billed separately through our scheduling software, Jobber. This ensures you’re only paying for the plants, soil, and materials used in your garden.

Please note: Any declined automated payments are subject to a $20 declined payment fee, which will be added to your outstanding balance.
